Tawsho Mining Inc., established in November, 2006, is a gold exploration and development company actively engaged in the acquisition of mineral properties, primarily, but not exclusively, in Canada.
Properties
The company currently owns a 95 sq. km. property, known as the Chevrier Property, in Chibougamau, Quebec, located about 600 km north of Montreal. Pursuant to the 43-101 Technical Report, dated January 2008 (Click here to read report), there is an inferred geological resource of
466,000 oz Au at a cut off of 5.0g per ton. Tawsho intends to build a strong portfolio of exploration properties and is currently evaluating numerous properties.
Jardincap Inc.
On March 4, 2008, Tawsho agreed to amalgamate with Jardincap Inc. (TSX Venture: JAR.P). As part of the completion of the amalgamation, Tawsho’s current management will assume management responsibilities for the amalgamated company.
